Our celebration is to make them celebrate… Sarvodaya Sewa Ashram with under Childline India Foundation (1098) in accordance to the Mission Shakti celebrated Diwali and organized Deepotsav program at Coal tribe of Karvi development block.
SSA also celebrated Deepawali and Children Day with the most underprivileged, poverty driven and malnourished children with a hope to bring smiles on their faces and distributed Diwali kit to them. The tribal and children were so happy and thankful to SSA to let them feel this festival of lights and happiness.
The objective of Mission Shakti campaign is to make women and girls self-reliant, to make them feel safe in the environment, to create public awareness, to train women and children to develop the art of self-protection, to reveal the identity of people who commit violence against them.
